Production Manager (Brass Rod Manufacturing Furnaces Industry)
We are urgently looking a Production Manager for Brass rod manufacturing Furnaces plant in Surajpur, Greater Noida location.
Job Description -
• Knowledge should be Brass rod manufacturing Furnaces plant, operation of brass melting furnaces, extrusion press, and brass rod related all process, maintaining grades as per brass chemical properties, production planning, and material planning.
• Production Planning and Scheduling.
• Establish and enforce quality control measures and ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards and specifications.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, machinery, and materials, to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Conduct safety training sessions and actively address safety concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased productivity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and manage the production budget.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and documentation.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless production processes.
• Familiarity with machinery and technology used in Brass Rod Furnaces manufacturing, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Assessing project and resource requirements. Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
• Knowledge should have related compliance, raw material, tools & machinery.

Experience:
